We have DXX Fiber Optic connectivity giving crystal clear voice quality and state of the art PCs and VOIP systems, all with UPS Backup and a Standby Cummins Generator to power the whole facility, Call Recording capability, In house Hardware & Tech. support, around the clock Cafeteria, Air-conditioned Environment, etc.

Apart from the  Office space with High Speed Internet that the Clients take, they have access to meeting rooms,  a Conference Room which is also used for Training purposeround the clock cafeteria and business services. Staff is available round the clock at the Reception and for other administration and maintenance of the  facility. In  addition to the above facilities, all equipment runs through UPS  for uninterrupted  service and is further backed up by  106 KVa  generator.

24 X 7 Remote Technical Support:

We have a very good Technical Team which can handle incoming technical support calls 24 x 7. Level I & II Technical support may be delivered by different technologies depending on the situation. For example, direct questions can be addressed using

  • SMS,
  • Online chat,
  • E-mail or Fax; basic software problems can be addressed
  • over the telephone or
  • using Remote network support

Level I Technical Support:
Level I specialist is to gather the customer’s information and to determine the customer’s issue by analyzing the symptoms and figuring out the underlying problem. When analyzing the symptoms, it is important for the technician to identify what the customer is trying to accomplish so that time is not wasted on “attempting to solve a symptom instead of a problem.
Level II Technical Support:
It is synonymous with level 2 support, support line 2, administrative level support, and various other headings denoting advanced technical troubleshooting and analysis methods. Technicians in this realm of knowledge are responsible for assisting Level I personnel solve basic technical problems and for investigating elevated issues by confirming the validity of the problem and seeking for known solutions related to these more complex issues.
